Southbloom Corporate Finance is an independent Nordic M&A advisory firm founded in Stockholm in 2012. We advise business owners, entrepreneurs, private equity firms and corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and strategic financial matters.

Who We Are Looking For

We are particularly interested in experienced M&A professionals who combine a strong transaction background with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Successful candidates will typically have:

•    A proven track record in M&A advisory from a leading Nordic investment bank or established corporate       finance advisory firm.

​

•    Approximately 10–15 years or more of relevant M&A transaction experience, including responsibility for       originating and executing transactions.

​

•    An established network of business owners, investors and corporate decision-makers, with the ability to       generate new advisory mandates independently.

​

•    The commercial drive, independence and willingness to embrace the risks and rewards of an                       entrepreneurial business model.

​

•    Strong analytical capabilities and a hands-on understanding of how modern technology can enhance           transaction execution and advisory work.

​

Relevant M&A advisory experience and a demonstrated ability to originate transactions are essential.
