Southbloom Corporate Finance ("SBCF"), centrally located downtown Stockholm, Sweden, is an independent Nordic boutique corporate finance firm founded in 2012 in order to advise entrepreneurs, owners, investors, funds, family offices, and boards of directors. Since the start, SBCF has completed more than 40 transactions.
At SBCF we assist our clients with corporate finance and investment management services and high-quality financial advice and in connection with corporate development and corporate transactions. This includes buying and selling businesses and raising capital as well as placing blocks of stock in private and public companies.

Our firm was founded with an aim to combine the advantages of a boutique firm, such as focused attention, flexibility, expertise, superior local network with an international reach. The technical development since has played in our favor. After several digital only cross border transactions, including M&As, we can say that we have reached our goal.
The firm's partners and advisors have a background from investment management, investment banking and corporate development in the Nordic region.

SBCF provide a full range of M&A and corporate advisory services to private companies, across all industry sectors, from acquisitions to divestments. We prefer a structural approach and see negotiation as one of our key competences.
Equity Financing
SBCF guide and assist companies who are in need of growth capital by introducing and connecting them to private equity firms, venture capital firms, family offices, UHNW families and HNWI in the Nordic region and internationally.
Investment Management
SBCF provides investment management services and helps our clients, including family offices, to effectively develop and manage their private and public holdings.
Our services include strategic advice, board assignments, project management, and administration.
Fundraising to
PE Funds
Placement agent services specializing in raising capital for best-in-class small-cap private equity funds and other alternative investments.
A senior-level hands-on execution focusing on investors, including foundations, pension funds, funds-of-funds, financial institutions, family offices, UHNW families and HNWI.
Placing and Sourcing Blocks
SBCF has great experience in placing and sourcing blocks of stock in private companies. This includes the sale of venture capital portfolios and minority holdings in private growth companies.
